IFLR1000 2015 says:  In 2014, the firm promoted Sandro Bibilashvili to partnership, joining Zaza Bibilashvili and department head Lasha Gogiberidze in senior roles. Stepping into Sandros shoes, rising star Unana Gogokhia was then promoted to directorship.

Through 2013-14 the firm continued to win significant instructions from international counsel including Clifford Chance and Norton Rose Fulbright. In mid-2014 it had four open mandates from the IFC, including assisting the IFC, EBRD and AED on financing for the construction of the Acharistskali hydropower project. The team was also appointed by Korea Water Resources Corporation to assist in negotiation on a BOT (build-operate-transfer) or BOO (build-own-operate) project for the construction of 220MW hydropower plant in Western Georgia.

Gogokhia worked with Amsterdam Trade Bank on a refinancing and was acting on a second financing.
